Elder Alycia Falley has worked in numerous positions throughout San Bernardino and Merced counties for over 15 combined years. Such positions include ensuring coverage of basic social needs for elderly and indigent parties by creating payment plans as well as using County, State, and Federal Grants to reduce costs. She also functioned in the capacity of operating CFO by balancing budgets, ensuring all debts were paid; including rents, taxes, and salaries of the Board of Directors. She was also called upon to utilize a variety of Web Sites and computer application programs to diagnose first level issues with cell phones or plan set ups.
She possesses extensive experience working in community outreach efforts with a coalition of Local, County, State, and Federal agencies teaming up to provide housing options, financial support, employment information, food, clothing, and hygiene support.
Ms. Falley current position include working with displaced families who are seeking stable homes, rehabilitation programs, counseling, and freedom from domestic violence. She is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), with a certificate in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Office, and Publisher as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Access. She has extended expertise in utilizing state programs such as CIV, MEDS, CASES, SFIS and IEVS, as well as using all forms of modern media systems.
