His professional career spans over three decades in the financial services industry. Currently he is employed with PCR Business Finance ("CDFI"), as a Senior Loan Officer serving the needs of financial institutions (both for-profit and non-profit) where he is responsible for implementing lending risk mitigation strategies.
He holds the following licenses as a servant to all residents and small business owners in the state of California: California Real Estate Broker license; NMLS California Mortgage License; California Insurance Broker license for Life, Health Accident, Disability, Property & Casualty. He received the distinguished certification of the GE Six Sigma Black Belt in Quality Initiatives.
Richard is very active in the small business community and is a sought-after speaker for many business events, including those hosted by the City of L.A. Mayor’s office and USC Civic Engagement Dept where he conducts Access to Capital training to Contractors and Small businesses. His passion is to serve businesses and families on how to execute and create a legacy of generational wealth and income.
